90 minute initial consultation and 60 minute follow-up or additional consultations for adults or children. This includes a comprehensive exploration of your health concerns, history and dietary analysis and treatment plan and goal setting as well as referral for functional testing and nutritional supplementation if required. For best results it is suggested you may need between 2-5 appointments depending on your health goals and depth of disease. Online consultation are available. At home consultations may be available for a small travel fee. Online consultations available at no additional cost.

Research, Tutoring and Editing

Tammy is a private practice clinical nutritionist having completed a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional & Dietetic Medicine) with Distinction, Bachelor of Health (Honours – Biomedical Science) Class I, and currently completing a Doctor of Philosophy Degree (Title: The effects of obesity and capsaicin supplementation on cerebrovascular function and cognition) having received a Research Stipend through UniSQ. Tammy also works part-time as a sessional academic and research assistant with various educational institutions.

Having previously worked in management, the legal sector and with over 14 years’ experience in the University sector, Tammy’s strengths in research and academic work include project and time management, organisation, record creation and management.

Tammy has received recognition for her research work including:

National Student Bursary Award (ANTA), 2018;

Student Ignition Bursary (UniSQ), 2023;

Student Leader Commendation (UniSQ), 2023;

Runner Up Student Presentation Winner (CVBA), 2024;

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of any counselling or nutrition consultation services may include a cancellation fee if there has been a cost involved to the service provider in providing the service i.e. travel to a place for an in-home consultation. Fees charged will be dependent on the costs incurred at the time. A consultation which is cancelled 24 hours prior to the appointment time or earlier or is re-booked for a later date will not incur any penalty.

Workshops that are cancelled after contracted services have been booked or deposit has been paid may incur fees. These fees will be dependent on the cancellation fees incurred by Holistical You to source equipment, rooms, furniture, resources for the booked workshop.
