Cancellation of any nutrition consultation services may include a cancellation fee if there has been a cost involved to the service provider in providing the service i.e. travel to a place for an in-home consultation. Fees charged will be dependent on the costs incurred at the time. A consultation which is cancelled 24 hours prior to the appointment time or earlier or is re-booked for a later date will not incur any penalty.
